This program was created to assist home buyers with purchasing property including the paperwork and negotiating a price - but to also reward them for work they had done themselves (e.g. searching for properties) with monetary incentives.
The site and social media campaign needed to introduce this idea, both as its own brand and as a part of Great Canadian Realty. It also needed to describe the real estate features without getting too technical (boring) and drive people to teh site to make contact and get the conversation started.
The new site needed to be fully responsive (mobile-friendly) and allow for visitors to easily get the idea behind this program, while reassuring them this was part of an established team of brokers (not some fly by night operation).
The Joomla 3 website was built in a way to maximize a clean, simple look and to be easily edited by non-technical staff.
The social media campaign made use of a video spot we created and targeted specific locations using posts from their facebook business page.
