Step 1
Start off with an image on one layer, and another layer filled black.
On the black filled layer, select Filter > Render > Fibres.
Set the variance to 23 and the strength to 17.

Step 1
Make a file with 2 layers.
The bottom layer black and top layer white.
Then select Filter > Render > Clouds.
Write any work you like in large white text. Duplicate the text layer then hide it.

Start with 2 layers. Make the bottom layer a solid color and the top layer an image.
Duplicate the layer with the image.
Select the layer, right click, ‘duplicate layer’, OK.
